Traditional Squats
Starting Position: Set your legs shoulder-width apart. Hold your arms in front of you and bent at the elbows.

Technique: Inhale going down making a 90-degree angle at your knees. Exhale returning to the starting position.
Attention: Hоld your back straight. Keep your heels pinned to the floor.

Y-squats
Starting Position: 
Set your legs shoulder-width apart. Hold your straightened arms up above you prolonging the body line.

Technique: Inhale going down making a 90-degree angle at your knees. Exhale returning to the starting position.
Attention: Hold your arms in a Y-formation above your head. Hоld your back straight. Keep your heels pinned to the floor.
