Real Man Push-Ups

Commando рush-ups
Starting Position: Get into lying support on straight arms. Set your hands shoulder-width apart. Hоld your trunk straight, straighten your back and legs. Take care about your head: do not drop it and do not throw it back.
Technique: Inhale going down, at the same time reach out one of the parallel elbows with your knee. Exhale returning to the starting position. Perform the exercise alternatively for each side.
Attention: Your trunk and hips must be in line every time you reach out for elbows with your knees. Keep the balance!

Judo рush-ups
Starting Position: Get into lying support on straight arms. Set your hands shoulder-width apart. Hips shall be raised.
Technique: Inhale going down, leaning your body forward, at the same time arch your low back and straighten your arms. Exhale returning to the starting position, keeping initial trajectory.
Attention: It is obligatory to arch your low back. Do not hold your breath

Staggered рush-ups
Starting Position: Get into lying support on straight arms. Set your hands shoulder-width apart. Draw one of your arms forward and raise the opposite leg. Hоld your trunk straight. Take care about your head: do not drop it and do not throw it back.
Technique: Inhale going down. Exhale returning to the starting position. With each repetition exchange the position of your arms and legs.
Attention: Each time your left arm is stretched forward – the right leg rises. And vice versa. Hоld your trunk and hips straight. Keep the balance!
