Starting Position: Get into lying on the back position. Straighten your legs. Keep your arms alongside your trunk.
Technique: Exhale raising your legs and your trunk simultaneously with your straight arms reaching for your toes. Inhale returning to the starting position.
Attention: Straighten your legs. Your arms shall extend the line of your body. Do not hold your breath!
Starting Position: Get into lying support on straight arms. Set your arms shoulder-width apart. Hоld your trunk straight, straighten your back and legs. Take care about your head: do not drop it and do not throw it back.
Technique: On exhale draw one of your knees to the same side’s elbow. On inhale return to the starting position. Perform the exercise alternatively for each leg.
Attention: Hоld your trunk straight. Do not hold your breath!
Starting Position: Get into lying on the back position. Bend your legs at the knees and set your feet on the floor. Stretch your arms in front of you pointing upward.
Technique: Exhale raising your trunk to the maximum extent possible. Inhale returning to the starting position.
Attention: Place your thumbs on the temples at the same time the other fingers shall be fixed on the back of your head. Do not hold your breath!
